Join us for a peaceful day of silent sitting. We will be meeting by Zoom teleconferencing. You may choose to connect only for part of the morning, as it may be difficult to find a quiet place in your home. You may also stretch instead of walking meditation. There will not be any meals, but you can eat and drink during the breaks.
