Join us for a peaceful morning of silent sitting. The Zendo is closed but we will be meeting by Zoom teleconferencing.

Today is the Vernal Equinox, and we will celebrate the changing of the seasons with poems of Spring.

Please make an effort to stay for the whole retreat, if you can. This will give you the greatest benefit and is respectful to others.

Everybody will be muted until check-in, when you may make comments or ask questions.
