Join us for a peaceful day of silent sitting, walking meditation, a short dharma talk, moving or outdoor walking meditation, and chanting services.

This day marks the beginning of the Spring 2023 Practice Period,
and the Opening Ceremony will take place in the afternoon.

We will have formal oryoki breakfast and lunch. Oryoki bowls can be borrowed.
