As Buddhists we are aware of the energy of the cosmos and we observe and honor the constant changes that the rotating of the Earth brings with it. The Summer Solstice is a special time, the longest day in the year!
We celebrate this event on Thursday, June 20, 2024, at 7:30 am, in place of morning service.
Please, bring any poems or songs or other offerings to share with the sangha. If the weather is fine, we’ll be on the patio, and there will probably be no zoom. (It’s better in-person anyway…)
